Obtaining a certificate at the registration desk

Obtaining a certificate from a post office

Besides the NDCA registration desk, every customer eager to buy, renew or revoke a digital certificate can go to the nearest post office among the 6 following: :

  • Tunis: Tunis république, Tunis Hached, Tunis Belvédère, Tunis Charles de Gaulle, Avenue Mohamed V, le Bardo
  • Ariana: Ariana, ELMenzah 
  • Ben Arous
  •  Bizerte 
  • Nabeul: Nabeul, Manzel Temim
  • Zaghouan
  • Sousse: Sousse République, Hammam Sousse, Sousse Khzema
  • Monastir
  • Mehdia
  • Sfax :  Bab Bhar , Sfax El jadida
  • Gabes
  •  Gafsa
  • Tozeur

The procedures to get a digital certificate from a post office is the same as the NDCA registration desk (except rates and receipt of password).

  • Firstly the customer submits a request  at the post office  and pays the charges according to the rates in force 
  • After generating his certificate, the customer receives his password by postal mail.
  • Finally the customer goes to the post office to take delivery of his digital certificate (with his identity card and the company stamp).

 

Obtaining a certificate from BH Bank

Besides the NDCA registration desk, every customer eager to buy, renew or revoke a digital certificate can go to the nearest Bank of habiat agency.

  • After generating his certificate, the customer goes to the NDCA to take delivery of his digital certificate (with his identity card and the company stamp).
